Was Mohammad Youssuf Part of the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant (ISIL)?

By now, everyone has heard about the murder of four Marines by one Mohammad Youssuf Abdulazeer in Chattanooga, TN.  My prayers go out to their families and loved ones.  I don't know the complete military background on those soldiers who died; however, one had received the "Purple Heart."

Was Mohammad Youssuf part of an ISIL sleeper cell here in the United States? I am sure we will find out very shortly. Saying that, ISIL just recently said they were going to do exactly what just happened. That is, start attacking military individuals here, especially at military installations. Why military installations? Well, these facilities are "gun-free zones." If a terrorist wants to do bodily harm, simply go to these "soft targets," as what occurred today.

Since the Holy month of Ramadan ends tomorrow, July 17, Jihadi leaders have said the best time to carry out attacks in the name of Allah is towards the end of Ramadan, which would be the ultimate form of worship.
